Supreme Court Will Take on Violent Video Games, Finally

The court in California is starting to Charge The Retail stores $1,000 Each Time they start to sell a game to minor, not only because it's violent but because they think they should be treating it as the same thing for pornography. The Law had been passed since 2005 but had only took affect in the lower courts. Now that Crimes and violence and the intensity rate started boosting they're really starting to take affect in The Supreme Court.

Dylan On Freedom

"No one is free, even the birds are chained to the sky.” - Bob Dylan

I think that this qoute that Bob Dylan had wrote is meaning or explaing its value of freedom. It's like saying everything and anything has its own limit. When he tells about the birds he saying they can only go up to the sky. No where higher or not even close to lower. Meaning like the ocean for example. They're not meant to be going down there. They have their own boundaries as such as we do. Like we can only take stuff up to its own limits. For an example we can talk all we want, for a number of time, but at the same time your not going to have the same amount of people listening as you did as when you had first started. If that even makes any sense. Another example is also being the audience. We can only take so much from one person until they start growing old on us.....

Justice

“Expecting the world to treat you fairly because you are a good person is a little like expecting a bull not to attack you because you are a vegetarian” - Dennis Wholey

My perspective on this qoute is that it's very true about Justice. People think if you play your cards right, they're going to get get everything handed them in a gold platter which is negative. The only reason i say that is because, for justice to can't be handed to you in that way, or any way of some sort. For Justice to be correct for us we have to do something drastically such as Martin Luther King Jr. with all his speeches and including his march he had done, and made to prove his point.
(Thats what my perspective of justice is.)

Cesar Chavez

I think that this qoute has a lot to do with the Honor of the people, i like when he says, "You cannot humiliate the person who feels pride. You cannot oppress the people who are not afraid anymore." It shows that he can not be turned down in his own mind or in anybody else's if they know what they are going for or if they know for what exactly they are going thru. A lot of that can show to a lot of people that everybody can put up a fight if they are willing to prove to someone else, not of their nature but to whom my oppose of the difference kind.

Current Event: Kia Sorento driven: Ikea of the future

In this article it says how the Kia has changed drastically over the 5years it has produced here in the United States, it tells you how it changed it body frame, and with a bigger or a smaller motor. It also has the features if somebody ever wants to take this car out for a four-wheeol drive, but thats a option. They put that for our attention, because in the article they say, "There is a 4WD option box for you to tick against but we cannot fathom why anyone would want to tick that box, not here in this country anyway."
Big && Faster Engine....
KIA SORENTO 2.4-LITRE
((Engine: 2,359cc, 16-valves, inline-4Transmission: Six-speed automatic with manual selectPower: 174bhp @ 6,000rpmTorque:226Nm @ 3,750rpm0-100kmh: 11.1 secsTop speed: 186kmhFuel consumption: 12.7km/L (combined)Price: From $82,999 (with COE)Distributor: Cycle & Carriage Kia))
- I like this article very much, I like how people can actually transform the cars from back then to now. This shows a lot of model changes. It has me very intrested because my dad him self works at a dealer as a painter, and with him doing this he has taught me how to see the beauty and radical transformations they take. Like the Dodge Challenger for an example. I like to compare the 2010 to the 67 i think it is, but the older models atleast. The new and advanced one kind of sort of looks like it, but not exactly. Thats what technology can do to anything really.

Currents events: Chimp

About a year ago their had been a chimpanzee attack that had led to Charla Nash's horrible encounter with the 200lb mamal. On that same day that the chimpanzee attack had led her to lose her nose, hands, eyelids, and had demolished her face. Yesterday the attorney had told the press that the hospital that said they could preform these astonishing precedures couldn't do them anymore, which we dont know about just yet. Charla has very pity for the owner of the chimpanzee due to the fact that the owner of tha furious mamal couldn't get sued. Because of this attack Charal was affraid to reveal her face to the public until November 11, 2009. I had wrote about this article because it had brought my attention to all the court and judical including the medical terms. It had got me a little upset that the owner of the chimp was at no fault.
